Stafford Bagot is the Founder and Managing Director of Bagot International Group, a Dublin-headquartered executive search and advisory firm operating internationally across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the UK, and the United States. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, and board consulting, Stafford advises founder-led, high-growth, and multinational organisations on senior leadership appointments, succession planning, and strategic talent matters.
Prior to establishing Bagot International Group, Stafford helped launch the Irish operations for Consello, which included a global talent business. Consello partners with notable figures such as Serena Williams, Shane Lowry, Tom Brady and Ronan O’Gara and the senior team includes former leaders from major companies like Google, Bank of America, Coca-Cola and Heidrick & Struggles.
Before joining Consello, Stafford held a number of senior leadership roles with global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles. He spent 18 years with Heidrick & Struggles, having joined them in Sydney, then based in Singapore for a number of years, before relocating back to Dublin to establish the Irish operations for the firm. He is widely regarded as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, investors, and scaling businesses navigating growth, transformation, international expansion, and exit preparation.
In 2024, Stafford was appointed Honorary Consular General for Singapore to Ireland, working closely with both Irish and Singaporean governments, enterprise agencies, and international stakeholders to strengthen trade, investment, and business connectivity between Asia and Ireland.
Stafford holds a Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, is completing a master’s degree at Trinity College Dublin. He also holds qualifications from Harvard, IMD and the Irish Institute of Bankers.

The Honorary Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dublin serves to strengthen the long-standing relationship between Singapore and Ireland across trade, investment, business, education, and innovation.
